Ingredients for 3 servings (6 pcs)
- 1 cup shredded tart apple (about 3 apples)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoon white sugar
- 6 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/4 teaspoons fine salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Choose three apples
- Cut, clean peel and cut out the middle
- Apples rub on a coarse grater
- In a large bowl, cinnamon, sugar, salt, baking powder, egg and apple.
- In a separate bowl, sift flour. Stir flour mixture into apple mixture, just until combined.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
- Reduce the heat under the pan to medium and cover
- Brown on both sides and serve hot.
- Serve to your liking
