Apple pancakes

This delicious recipe is perfect for Saturday morning breakfast. The pancakes are always moist and nutritious. I recommend these pancakes to be eaten with a delicious honey!

Ingredients for 3 servings (6 pcs)

  • 1 cup shredded tart apple (about 3 apples)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon white sugar
  • 6  tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons fine salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon


Directions


  • Choose three apples



  • Cut, clean peel and cut out the middle




    • Apples rub on a coarse grater 


    • In a large bowl, cinnamon, sugar, salt, baking powder, egg and apple. 


    • In a separate bowl, sift flour. Stir flour mixture into apple mixture, just until combined.


    • Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.


    • Reduce the heat under the pan to medium and cover



    • Brown on both sides and serve hot.



    • Serve to your liking
