This is an easy and delicious recipe for a turkey that is perfectly browned on the outside while being both tender and juicy on the inside!

5 tablespoons  honey
1 large brown grocery shopping bag

Directions
2 to 3 days before roasting:
Begin thawing the turkey in the refrigerator or in a cooler kept at 38 degrees F.

  • One day before preparing, rinse turkey and remove giblets. Rub the turkey inside and out with the warm honey and salt. Place the turkey in a large tray, cover top with foil and  put in refrigerator for 12-24 hours
  • Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Take the turkey out of the fridge, wipe it with a paper towel.
  •  Rub the turkey inside and out with the salt, black paper, paprika and some hot souse (a little)
  • Cut into large pieces the onions, carrots and celery and put inside turkey
  • Tie the legs together with string and tuck the wing tips under the body of the turkey.
  • Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Rub the exterior of the turkey with four tablespoon batter.
  • Lubricate the inside of the brown grocery shopping bag with the remaining melted butter.
  • Put the bag on a baking sheet and put in it the turkey belly up. Pour a one cup of broth into Turkey and tightly close the bag (you can use a paper clip).
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 3 to 4  hours or until the internal temperature of the turkey reaches 180 degrees F (80 degrees C).
  • Remove the turkey from the oven, and allow to rest in a warm area 30 minutes, then remove the stuff.

Usually, for Thanksgiving Turkey served with cranberry sauce and outside stuff
