Delicious pizza

It is very tasty and easy pizza dough that I've ever met! The dough is made without eggs and milk, due to this, it turns out the air and non caloric!





Preparation time: 30 minutes
Cooking time 30 minutes

Ingredients:
2 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
250 grams warm water
1/2 tsp salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
350 g flour

We can prepare the dough in two ways:
1. The easiest - put all the ingredients in the bread machine according to the instructions of your bread machine. You've got to pay attention to what and in what sequence it is loaded for your bread machine. For example, for Panasonic first placed yeast, then flour and other dry ingredients at the end add water or milk. Turn on the dough on the mode, usually it called Pizza and all. The bread maker is preparing the dough 35 minutes.

2. Yeast pour 25 grams warm water, let it stand in a separate small bowl. Put the flour into a big bowl with slide, make indentation in the middle. Then add sugar, add a pinch of salt, put the olive oil. Pour water and yeast. All this is knead. If the dough stick to hands, grease your hands with olive oil. The dough should be very soft, slightly stick to hands. Then put the dough in a bowl and cover with cling film (for the greenhouse effect), so it will fit.

You can add 1 tbsp. of tomato paste (ketchup) or a couple of pinches of a mixture of herbs (there are Italian herb, is very suitable) in the dough. If you making dough in the bread machine, this ingredient add with dry ingredients.

This amount of dough is enough for a pizza the size of a normal baking oven-tray or a large round pizza shape diameter 36 cm (14.5 inches).


While the dough is suitable, you need to cook the stuffing to taste. All stuffing should be prepared, do not put raw chicken pieces, be sure to fry, but do not bring to full readiness because they can become dry during baking.

Before you begin to deal with pizza, turn the oven to 190 C/ 375 F.
