Khachapuri

Lovely hearty breakfast for a large family. Preparing rather quickly with skill.

Time to prepare the dough: 5 minutes (on the bread make) or 15 minutes mixing dough manually
Time approach the dough: 30 minutes in the bread machine, manually - depending on the room temperature (about 1 hour)
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Baking time: 15 -25 minutes
Quantity: 6 pieces the size of a palm

Ingredients:
Dough:
300 g wheat flour
200ml milk
6 g of dry yeast
1 egg
0.5 tsp sugar
3/4 tsp salt
0.5 tbsp vegetable oil

Filling:
200 g of any hard cheese
150g mozzarella
150g feta
2 eggs

6 eggs
other stuffing on request

Directions
Combine all ingredients together until smooth, soft dough. Attention! Egg put 1/2 !!! The second half, and then stir it lubricates the finished products.
I make the dough in the bread machine, just Dough. Put all the ingredients in the order suitable for your bread machine.
For Panasonic sequence: yeast, flour, the remaining dry ingredients, oil, 1/2 egg, milk. Put the dough on the mode "Pizza" (30 minutes).

While the dough is suitable, prepare the stuffing.

All three cheese on a coarse grater. The cheese is soft, if there are small pieces - not terrible. Mix cheese  with 2 eggs

Sometimes, I put the stuffing under the cheese. Any what you like, above all finely crumble. Well suited: ham, boiled chicken, boiled beef, herbs, mushrooms.

The dough is divided into six equal portions, roll into balls.
Roll out each ball into a thin flat cake.

Fold each flat cake in a tube to the middle of both sides.

The ends of the well to wrap.

Move to a baking sheet covered with baking paper and open to get a boat.

Lubricate with the egg.

Put stuffing

Bake in a heated to 200 degrees C (365 F) oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven, to make a recess in the center of Khachapuri with a knife, and pour the egg into it.

Bring back to the oven for another 10 minutes, until the egg is cooked. If you do not do all Khachapuri with an egg, the rest to remove them out, because they can dried up.

Bon Appetit!
